What do you call a fallacy in a statement that can never be wrong ? is there a name for it ?

For example if I said :
There is a piece of rock that orbits the Earth, whenever that rock reach a certain place it emits energy that causes an earthquake, but the Earth should be able to receive that energy at that time.
We cannot know the condition of the Earth’s energy and thus, if that rock happens to be at that certain place and an earthquake happened, it would be considered that the rock made that happen and if not, it would be considered that the earth wasn’t able to receive energy at that time.
I know it’s kind of a weird statements lol, but I was just arguing with my friend and I need to know if there is a name for this fallacy .

Chosen Answer:

I think its called closed circularity – religion is a closed system of thought as it depends upon a variable that cannot be disproved so you can tgo anywhere with it it doesn’t go forwards just proves itself also called ontological.
